La PLACE is a portal for organizations specializing in employability in the Lanaudière region. It accompanies job seekers and employers through a network of over 15 organizations, offering free, personalized support to facilitate integration into the job market and recruitment.
Mandate
Guidi.co has been working with La PLACE since its creation, from the design of its visual identity to the development of its website. As part of this collaboration, the agency was commissioned to design a visibility campaign aimed at raising the portal's profile and effectively reaching its target audiences. Running from September 2025 to March 2026, the campaign is based on the concept "Everyone has their place, find yours".
To bring this message to life, the agency first took the time to examine the different realities of the region's job seekers and employers. This led to the creation of several personas, each embodied by a custom illustration and a distinct color. This approach humanizes the message and reflects the diversity of backgrounds and needs.
Designed in a modular fashion, the campaign adapts to different contexts and locations, focusing on the persona most relevant to the target audience. The campaign was deployed on bus shelters and buses across Lanaudière, in social media campaigns, and on posters displayed in community organizations and various service outlets.
